FAQ

How long does it usually take to finish house plans?

This depends on a few different factors including the size of the house, the location of the house, and the overall needs of the owner. The more changes that you require, naturally the longer it will take to finish. But if all goes well, I can usually get your plans into your hands in about 3 months.

How much do plans cost?

This also depends on a few things. The amount of time incurred ultimately effects the price of the service.

How do we get started?

If you are planning on building a house from the ground up, it's best to first fill out the CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE. This list of questions gives me an idea of the complexity of the design, and I would be able to answer your questions with more accuracy during our one-on-one consultation.

If you are making changes to your current home, if you have the current blueprints, go ahead and have them ready. If not, don't worry, I'm usually able to make it work anyway. I'll need to make a trip to the house, and analyze the area that you want to change.
